Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Recruiter, with over 6 years experience, located in Noida. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical positions. This role requires a deep understanding of technical recruiting and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Additionally, the Senior Technical Recruiter will be expected to manage communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Full life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Technical Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Knowledge of the ERP, Business Process Automation, or Supply Chain Management industry is beneficial
