Responsibilities:

• Identify, screen, and place IT professionals on various client projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
• Keep track of consultants' projects and ensure a continuous pipeline of opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet placement goals and targets.

Requirements:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in US IT recruitment within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of the US IT job market and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using recruiting and sales tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in working with H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and US citizens.
• Knowledge of various IT technologies and terminology.
