About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong track record in hiring for complex and specialized technical roles. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for a wide range of technical domains, including Cloud Technologies, Magento Development, Data Science, Conversational Design, Marketing Automation, RPA, and Data Engineering.

This is a high-impact role that requires excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, attract, and engage top-tier technical talent in the following areas:
• Cloud Technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Magento Development (eCommerce platforms)
• Data Science (ML models, statistical analysis, Python, R)
• Conversational Design (Chatbots, Voice Assistants, NLP)
• Marketing Automation (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot)
• Robotic Process Automation (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism)
• Data Engineering (ETL, data pipelines, big data tools)
• Screen resumes, assess technical and cultural fit, and conduct initial interviews.
• Build and nurture pipelines of passive and active candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, pipelines, and hiring metrics.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting with a strong focus on IT/Engineering roles.
• Excellent sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to make 10+ successful placements in the last 12 months.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must have a personal laptop and availability during core working hours.

• Proven track record of successfully hiring for niche or hard-to-fill technology roles.
• Comfort working across multiple domains and adapting to evolving hiring needs.
• Deep understanding of technical terminology, tools, and market dynamics in areas like AI, automation, and cloud.
