Senior Technical Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process from initial brief, candidate contact and interview cycle while working seamlessly with the team to assist in recruitment efforts and ensure accurate candidate recordkeeping.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely updates, guidance, and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Foster long-term relationships to build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Proactively source and identify potential candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and other creative means. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and evaluate technical skills to ensure alignment with job requirements provided by the client.
• Knowledge of current market conditions and influencers, creative sourcing strategies to embrace digital tools and technology to enhance your sourcing efforts, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in HR, management, or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT or Tech recruitment experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and ability to communicate professionally via written and verbal communications.
• Experience in Job Portals like Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google meet, etc.) • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search) • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
