Senior Technical Recruiter

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Harness, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various roles, including software engineers, developers, Product Managers, and other technical professionals. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, developing targeted sourcing strategies, managing the full-cycle recruiting process, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates. You will leverage social media, job boards, and networking events to identify talent, enhance employer branding, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs - Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates - Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical skills and cultural fit - Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings - Leverage social media, job boards, and networking events to identify talent - Maintain accurate and timely records of recruitment activities in ATS - Enhance employer branding and promote a positive candidate experience - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field - 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment - Proven success in sourcing for and hiring technical roles - Strong understanding of various technical skills, tools, and programming languages - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Harness is a high-growth company disrupting the software delivery market and led by technologist and entrepreneur Jyoti Bansal.
