Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote, Night Shift – US Tech Hiring)

About the Role

ANCONS International LLC is expanding its talent acquisition team to support top-tier, VC-funded tech startups in the Bay Area (San Francisco, USA). We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter who can source, engage, and close high-caliber candidates, including professionals currently working in FAANG and other leading tech companies.

This is a remote work-from-home opportunity with a U.S. night shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for software engineering and tech roles in U.S.-based startups.
• Source and engage senior-level candidates, especially from FAANG and other top-tier companies.
• Conduct phone/video conversations to explain the role, company culture, and career opportunities.
• Schedule and manage Google Meet video interviews with candidates and clients.
• Achieve hiring targets: minimum 2 hires per month (goal: 3–4 hires per month).
• Maintain candidate pipeline and reports using Ashby Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate closely with U.S. startup founders and hiring managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably hiring software engineers for U.S. clients/startups.
• Proven ability to recruit candidates from FAANG and top tech companies.
• Strong communication skills – excellent spoken English and professional written skills.
• Experience in closing hard-to-reach candidates and building trusted candidate relationships.
• Familiarity with modern ATS systems (Ashby preferred).
• Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal training.
• Must be available to work night shift (U.S. time zone support).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on experience).
• Performance Bonus: Additional bonus per successful hire.
• Target: 2–4 hires per month with lucrative incentive potential.
