About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Student Enrollment Manager to join our team. The role focuses on student recruitment from degree science colleges in Hyderabad, with a primary responsibility for promoting our graduate programs and securing student enrollments. This is a full-time, field-based role that requires active outreach, travel to colleges, and relationship building with academic institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute student recruitment strategies for graduate programs in Genetics, Genomics, and AI in Healthcare.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with science degree colleges across Hyderabad (B.Sc. Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, etc.).
• Conduct outreach activities including seminars, presentations, and info sessions in colleges.
• Manage the end-to-end student enrollment cycle — from inquiry handling, counseling, and application support to successful enrollment.
• Represent the institute at education fairs, campus visits, and networking events.
• Provide weekly reports on outreach activities, leads generated, and enrollment progress.
• Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to design promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Science background preferred: Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical, or related fields).
• 3–5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or college outreach (Hyderabad market strongly preferred).
• Excellent contacts and established network with degree science colleges in Hyderabad.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad city.
• Proven track record of meeting enrollment or sales targets.
