JobGo act as the Recruitment Partner for Jobla.AI:

Join Jobla.AI to build AI evaluation tools to fully automate recruitment using intelligent AI Agents. Translate recruiter and developer expertise into prompt engineering, technical test development, and data-driven evaluation models. Collaborate with tech team in India and operations in Europe (Finland) while leading sourcing and recruitment efforts supported by partner JobGo.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include designing, writing, and rigorously testing prompts and evaluation criteria for technical roles (starting with Full-Stack Developer profiles).

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and rigorously test prompts and evaluation criteria for technical roles (starting with Full-Stack Developer profiles)
• Develop AI Agent evaluations (EVALS) and AI Agent solutions for scalable technical tests and interview structures
• Analyze candidate performance data to refine AI-driven evaluation models
• Lead sourcing and recruitment campaigns supported by JobGo
• Collaborate with tech team in India and operational team in Europe to implement evaluation workflows
• Translate human hiring expertise into precise AI inputs and automated evaluation tools
• Deliver project work on an immediate, project-based timeline

Qualifications

• Some experience with AI-driven evaluation tools or intelligent agents
• Frontend development or other programming skills
• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and partner workflows (e.g., JobGo)
• Basic machine learning or ML evaluation knowledge
• Experience collaborating with teams in Europe/Finland

Pay range and compensation package

Opportunity to build next-generation AI tools for hiring. High-impact role shaping the hiring process itself. Work with a distributed, international team (India and Europe). Immediate start and hands-on project work. Transition to full-time employment after 3 months trial period (hourly & project based).
