Senior Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  for technical roles across multiple departments.
• Collaborate with

  hiring managers

  to understand technical requirements, job specifications, and team goals.
• Develop and execute

  creative sourcing strategies

  using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen candidates for

  technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate

  technical assessments

  or coding tests as required.
• Manage the

  candidate pipeline

  in the ATS and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
• Negotiate

  offers, compensation, and start dates

  with candidates.
• Build and maintain

  talent pipelines

  for future technical needs.
• Track and report

  recruiting metrics

  (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
• Stay updated on

  market trends
