We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented Technical Recruiter who can independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles across diverse technology stacks. The ideal candidate must be able to source, screen, and close niche technical talent with minimal supervision, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct detailed technical screening to assess skill relevance and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview strategies.
• Track, report, and optimize recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source mix, etc.).
• Manage offer negotiations and ensure timely closures of positions.
• Stay updated on current technology trends and market insights to target the right talent.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (IT Services or Consulting background preferred).
• Strong understanding of technologies across domains (e.g., Java, .NET, Fullstack, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and Boolean search techniques.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup with high accountability.
