  Use your software engineering knowledge to teach our AI agents how to screen candidates for highly specialized tech roles.

• Design Evaluation Processes:

  Create and refine the screening methodologies for a variety of positions, from

  Full Stack Developers

  to front-end and back-end specialists.

• Manage End-to-End Recruitment:

  Lead the hiring process, from initial contact to placement, for top tech talent across Europe.

We're looking for someone who has:

• A strong foundation in

  software engineering

  , with hands-on experience in both back-end and front-end development.
• The ability to design and implement effective recruitment processes.
• A comprehensive understanding of different programming languages.
• A proven track record of assessing candidate qualifications and competence.
