We are seeking an experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will be involved in training AI recruitment agents, setting up evaluations for different tech recruitment and positions, and handling the recruitment process for a variety of technical roles. I

Key responsibilities

Train AI agents for recruitment tasks.

Set up and evaluate recruitment processes for various tech positions.

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for roles such as Full Stack Developers, and front-end/back-end developers.

Skills and qualifications

Software Engineering skills in both back end and Front end programming

Experience in setting the Recruitment specific process

Large understanding of different programming languages as a whole

Skills in evaluation and assessing candidates and their qualifications and competence
