Position Overview

You manage end-to-end hiring for high-demand technical roles powering rapid global expansion. You connect top-tier engineers with diverse customers while shaping scalable processes and metrics. Your speed, service mindset, and data focus keep growth on track.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecyclefrom job posting through offer closurefor multiple technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct in-depth screenings and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-potential talent and maintain an engaged pipeline.
  • Partner with founders and customer teams to understand hiring needs and craft tailored strategies.
  • Strengthen employer brands by sharing authentic stories and promoting roles across relevant channels.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to refine sourcing strategies and enhance hiring effectiveness.

Must have Criteria

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience filling niche, hard-to-fill roles.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-growing, scale-up environments.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences and stakeholder service.
  • History of meeting or exceeding hiring targets in both quality and volume.
  • Data-driven mindset with skill in building dashboards and turning insights into action.
  • Resilient, persistent, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
