We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join ETP Group, a leading omni-channel retail software company. This role demands a proactive go-getter who can deliver outstanding hiring outcomes through innovative sourcing and strategic recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions with a focus on quality and speed, consistently achieving a time-to-fill metric of under 30 - 45 days.
• Develop and implement out-of-the-box hiring strategies, including creative sourcing channels, hackathons, employee referrals, and digital engagement to attract top-tier talent.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines ensuring a candidate pipeline coverage ratio of 3:1 for critical roles.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and deliver candidates aligned with business needs and cultural fit.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and social media platforms to enhance sourcing effectiveness and employer branding.
• Maintain a candidate experience rating above 90% through effective communication and seamless process management.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs in high-volume and strategic hiring campaigns, preferably within technology or SaaS environments.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and implement innovative hiring initiatives that go beyond traditional recruitment methods.
• High level of autonomy with a persistent, solutions-focused mindset suitable for a fast-paced, evolving business.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and digital hiring platforms is preferred.
• MBA or HR-related qualification is advantageous.
