Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter – Immediate Joiners | Chennai (On-Site) Location: Chennai, India Work Mode: 5 Days On-Site Experience Level: 4–8 Years Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role: We’re hiring Senior Technical Recruiters who are passionate about tech hiring and excel at sourcing top-notch talent in a competitive market. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, know the ins and outs of platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn , and can drive end-to-end recruitment with minimal turnaround time — this is your place. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across multiple domains (IT, Engineering, Product, Data, etc.) Strategically source candidates through Naukri , LinkedIn , job boards, and other digital sourcing tools Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and ensure a smooth candidate experience Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports regularly Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role priorities Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing innovations What We're Looking For: 4–8 years of proven experience in technical hiring and sourcing Expertise in Naukri Resume Database , LinkedIn Recruiter , and Boolean search techniques Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines Preferably from a fast-paced consulting or product hiring background Must be open to working 5 days a week from our Chennai office Immediate joiners highly preferred Company Profile : Highbrow Technology Inc.
