Leading campaign-level visual direction across channels. Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. Designing for multiple formats including static, animated, and interactive. Experience: 4 to 6 years of proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. 3+ years of B2C experience. Previous experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers. Proficient in design tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. UI motion design is a plus.
