Role Description:- We are currently having multiple positions in our Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Team. About the Role:- We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in EPC hiring to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project management domains. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge and a robust network within the EPC industry. Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across EPC verticals such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, Process, Structural, and Project Management. Work closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and other channels. Conduct screening, evaluate candidates’ experience, technical capabilities, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases. Negotiate salary, notice period, and joinings in alignment with company policy. Ensure TAT adherence and minimal offer dropouts. Keep updated with EPC industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor hiring strategies.s tasks such as hiring, communication, recruiting, employer branding, and IT recruitment on-site.
