Responsibilities: The Ideal candidate will be responsible for searching, screening & placing qualified Consultants for different projects and at different levels with our clients all through the US. Work as an independent contributor and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must have experience in using job portals (Dice, Career builder, indeed, LinkedIn, etc) and other open-source platforms. Strong experience in negotiating rates Skill competencies: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in US Staffing Should have worked with Parma clients Should have handson experience working with ERP requirement. Experience/Exposure in ERP requirements. Excellent written and oral communication skills Search and identify potential candidates on W2/Corp 2 Corp/1099 Strong problem-solving abilities Screening candidates to ensure their qualifications/skills.
