Job Description

Responsibilities Ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, independently. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, key competencies, and hiring strategies. Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track and manage the recruitment pipeline. Proactively source top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals, with 90% focus on direct sourcing, and reduce recruitment costs. Drive employer branding initiatives, including job postings, careers page optimization, and social media outreach. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and niche roles. Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience by communicating effectively throughout the hiring process. Conduct screening calls, coordinate interviews, and facilitate timely feedback loops. Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring priorities and workforce planning. Track hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, etc. ) and optimize processes for efficiency. Leverage data insights to improve recruitment strategies and hiring decisions. Implement automation tools and ATS enhancements to streamline operations. Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts, ensuring market competitiveness. Facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new hires. Own candidate engagement entirely from the time of rolling out the offer till the joining of the candidate. Requirements MBA or equivalent full-time qualification. 4+ years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-growing Series B startup or similar environment. Strong experience in hiring for Marketing, Product, and Business roles at scale. Expertise in sourcing strategies, employer branding, and stakeholder management. Familiarity with ATS platforms (e. g., Kula, Keka, Success Factors) and recruitment automation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities. A strong data-driven approach is essential, with the ability to track and present recruitment progress using key metrics. The role requires a sharp focus on defined hiring goals, including role closure timelines, daily/weekly sourcing targets, candidate experience, and maintaining a robust backup pipeline.
