1. Talent Sourcing:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
• Utilize various channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, job boards, networking events, and industry-specific platforms to find potential candidates.
• Leverage advanced search techniques, including Boolean search, to identify passive candidates.
• Do hot Job postings
• Resume screening
• Fit Resumes to open positions

2. Candidate Engagement:

• Initiate contact with candidates and build relationships to understand their career aspirations and suitability for current or future roles.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

3. Pipeline Development:

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Keep the talent pool engaged and informed about new opportunities and developments within the organization.

4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
• Provide insights and recommendations on candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.

5. Market Research:

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
• Provide data-driven insights to support recruitment strategies and decision-making.

6. Reporting and Analytics:

• Track and report on key sourcing metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
• Analyse sourcing effectiveness and make adjustments to improve outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Experience:

• 3-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing.
• Experience in Multiple Industry segments will be preferred.

2. Technical Skills:

• Hands on sourcing skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and
• data mining.

3. Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to attract top talent.

4. Analytical Skills:

• Ability to analyse data and metrics to optimize sourcing strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

5. Adaptability:
