Were looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our brand strategy, digital outreach, and guest engagement initiatives across India and beyond. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Develop and implement 360-degree marketing strategies to build brand equity and support business growth. Lead marketing planning, budgeting, and ROI tracking aligned with seasonal and regional dynamics. Brand & Content Leadership Build a distinctive brand identity rooted in cultural authenticity, luxury, and intimate guest experiences. Lead storytelling efforts across all properties, ensuring uniformity and emotional appeal. Digital Marketing & Performance Oversee all digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, display ads, influencer marketing, email campaigns, and social media engagement. Manage the official website, booking funnel, and content updates with a focus on conversion optimization. PR & Influencer Engagement Build relationships with top-tier travel media, bloggers, and lifestyle influencers. Plan and execute PR campaigns to position the brand as a premier luxury experience in the Northeast. Partnerships & Collaborations Drive partnerships with luxury brands, travel aggregators, tourism boards, and cultural institutions. Plan experiential marketing initiatives, retreats, pop-up events, and cultural tie-ups. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence Track travel and hospitality trends, monitor competitor activities, and leverage customer insights for strategic pivots. Desired Candidate Profile MBA/PGDM in Marketing with 10 -15 years of experience in luxury marketing (hospitality, lifestyle, or travel sectors preferred). Proven track record of leading successful campaigns in digital and offline environments. Passionate about travel, experiential luxury, storytelling, and culturally immersive experiences. Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills. Willingness to travel frequently to properties in the Northeast.
