We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our revenue and business development efforts across domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue across all current and up coming hotel properties. Build and manage B2B relationships with luxury travel agents, OTAs, corporates, and wedding planners. Identify and develop new market opportunities in domestic (metros) and international segments. Lead a team of regional sales managers and ensure achievement of sales targets. Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums. Collaborate with marketing, digital, and operations teams for cohesive brand messaging and service delivery. Regular travel to North Eastern properties and key feeder markets required. Desired Candidate Profile: 10+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in boutique/luxury hotels. Strong network within the luxury travel trade and corporate travel ecosystem. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills. Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata. Familiar with CRM tools, PMS systems, and digital sales platforms.
