Job Title:

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Drive hiring for BPO and healthcare verticals, with a focus on medical coding roles.
  • Maintain and update candidate records using ATS.
  • Ensure timely closures of open positions and meet hiring targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment processes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience in BPO and healthcare hiring.
  • Experience in medical coding recruitment is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
