Job Description

Job Title:

Role & responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source and screen candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Drive hiring for BPO and healthcare verticals, with a focus on medical coding roles.
Maintain and update candidate records using ATS.
Ensure timely closures of open positions and meet hiring targets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience in BPO and healthcare hiring.
Experience in medical coding recruitment is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Immediate joiners preferred.
