Who You Are

• You are a Talent Acquisition professional with 5–6 years of experience in technology hiring within IT services or product engineering organizations.
• Someone who understands engineering mindsets, product teams, and delivery pressures
• A strong communicator and relationship builder who can partner with leaders at all levels
• Comfortable owning end-to-end hiring and driving closures independently
• Data-driven, process-oriented, yet flexible in a fast-changing environment
• Someone who values candidate experience as much as hiring speed
