As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in end-to-end recruitment, campus engagement, employer branding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to selection, for diverse roles. - Collaborating with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies. - Utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent. - Planning and executing hiring drives, including campus and lateral recruitments. - Overseeing background verification and ensuring efficient use of SuccessFactors RCM. - Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Developing and executing comprehensive employer branding strategies. - Cultivating a positive employer brand through various channels like social media and career fairs. - Building and maintaining strong university relationships to attract early career talent. - Planning and executing campus recruitment drives and internship programs. In terms of qualifications and experience, you should have: - 7-9 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the Automotive Industry. - Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.
