Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Steward to join our team at Elevate Restro Bar. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of customer service and ensure excellent guest experiences.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities.
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety protocols and inventory management.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
