Key Responsibilities: Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems in the brew pub, including brewing equipment, kitchen appliances, HVAC units, refrigeration, and lighting. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical panels, motors, pumps, control systems, and power distribution units. Ensure proper functioning of fermenters, chillers, boilers, and other brewery-specific electrical equipment. Troubleshoot faults in wiring, switchgear, MCBs, and control panels. Coordinate with the brewery and kitchen teams to plan maintenance without disrupting operations. Maintain logbooks and service reports of all maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with local safety codes and electrical standards. Work closely with external vendors for major electrical installations or upgrades when required. Monitor energy consumption and suggest improvements for energy efficiency. Respond quickly to power failures or equipment breakdowns. Qualification and Skills: Education: ITI in Electrician Experience: 1–3 years of experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or industrial maintenance. In-depth knowledge of industrial wiring, motors, PLC basics, and electrical troubleshooting. Familiarity with brewery machinery or industrial kitchen equipment is an advantage. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and safety protocols. Willingness to work in shifts or on-call duty, if needed. Basic understanding of fire safety and emergency response.
