Job Description

Oversee cleaning and sanitation of all kitchen, taproom.
Supervise and train junior stewards or cleaning staff
Ensure dishwashing stations are clean, functional, and efficiently run
Maintain proper handling, storage, and usage of cleaning supplies and chemicals
Collaborate with brewing and kitchen teams to support workflow and maintain hygiene standards
Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Organize waste disposal and recycling procedures in line with local environmental standards
Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the appropriate department
Assist with inventory checks for cleaning supplies and reorder as necessary

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a brewery, restaurant, or hospitality setting strongly preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to cleanliness and detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
