Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems in the brew pub, including brewing equipment, kitchen appliances, HVAC units, refrigeration, and lighting.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical panels, motors, pumps, control systems, and power distribution units.
• Ensure proper functioning of fermenters, chillers, boilers, and other brewery-specific electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot faults in wiring, switchgear, MCBs, and control panels.
• Coordinate with the brewery and kitchen teams to plan maintenance without disrupting operations.
• Maintain logbooks and service reports of all maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with local safety codes and electrical standards.
• Work closely with external vendors for major electrical installations or upgrades when required.
• Monitor energy consumption and suggest improvements for energy efficiency.
• Respond quickly to power failures or equipment breakdowns.

Qualification and Skills:

• Education: ITI in Electrician
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or industrial maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial wiring, motors, PLC basics, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with brewery machinery or industrial kitchen equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and safety protocols.
• Willingness to work in shifts or on-call duty, if needed.
• Basic understanding of fire safety and emergency response.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
