About The Role This position performs moderately in the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and ITAM modules, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining various ServiceNow applications and integration. Responsibilities Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, client scripts, business rules, widgets, and other platform features. Configure and manage ITSM and ITAM modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Design and implement Reports and Dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making. Maintain and enhance the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Improve employee experience through the development of user-friendly service catalogs and automated workflows. Utilize the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and ITAM modules. Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, widgets, and Reports and Dashboards. Experience with CSDM, employee experience, ATF, service catalogs, and CMDB.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ServiceNow Administrator or Developer certification is a plus. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relational databases. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
