• ws.Build and scale backend services and REST APIs using Python + Django, with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainabili
• ty.Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, indexing, transactions, and query performance; manage migrations with SQLAlchemy + Alemb
• ic.Strengthen delivery: build/own CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automated testing, deploys, and safe rollback strategi
• es.Improve runtime efficiency and throughput using Redis caching and Nginx reverse proxyi
• ng.Partner with Product and Operations to translate payment/business requirements into technical plans and shipped outcom

es.Must-

• Have7–10 years building production web backends and REST APIs with Python + Dja
