Job Title: Senior Software Developer Experience: 3–5 Years Location: [On-site / Hybrid / Remote] Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are seeking a Senior Software Developer who combines strong technical execution with the ability to guide, mentor, and nurture team members. This role requires ownership across the software development lifecycle while contributing to the growth of people, systems, and engineering culture. Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance. Contribute to all phases of the product development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and post-release support. Write clean, well-structured, testable, and efficient code aligned with best engineering practices. Ensure system designs and implementations comply with functional and technical specifications. Prepare, package, and deliver software releases with proper documentation and versioning. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability. Guide, mentor, and nurture junior developers, helping them grow technically and professionally. Encourage good engineering habits such as clean architecture, testing discipline, and documentation. Collaborate closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable solutions. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new tools, frameworks, and technologies, and presenting recommendations for architectural review. Take ownership of debugging, performance optimization, and production issue resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software development. Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or similar. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles. Experience building scalable, high-performance applications. Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, relational and/or NoSQL databases, and Git-based version control. Exposure to cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead by example, communicate clearly, and foster a supportive team environment.
