Job Description

Role: ServiceNow Application Developer

Exp 8-12 Years

Location: Delhi NCR

Key Job Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Development:

ServiceNow Customization: Creation / Customization of the Core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue and ESM Applications

Designing and Modifying ServiceNow forms

Design, code, test, and deliver software using firm-wide frameworks and best practices

5. Multiple integrations / e-bonding with other ITSM / Non ITSM tools using Ipas solutions.

6. Third-party integrations of REST/SOAP APIs

Business rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policy, Events, Notifications, View, Reports, etc

Modification of CMS, Workflows, Business Rules, ACLs, Dictionary and Catalogue items and updates

JavaScript, TypeScript ECMA6, Angular JS, Python, HTML, XML

11. ServiceNow environment with integrations such as LDAP, Active Directory, SSO and Service Graph Connector integration

new applications and modules in ServiceNow ITSM, such as DevOps, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Request Management

14. Build and manage knowledge articles for various audiences in the system

Follow and enhance the scrum practices for continuous development

17. Preferred candidate profile:

Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis and system design
ITIL certification is a plus
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS and CAD are must.
Understanding of RDBMS, Infrastructure components, Cloud Management (Azure, AWS) etc is desired
