Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple web and portal implementations including broker portals, insurance portals, employee/self-service portals, and public-facing websites.
Oversee UI/UX consistency, performance optimization, access control, and release stability across all platforms.
Prioritize and manage enhancement requests, change logs, production fixes, and ongoing platform improvements.
Support deployments, track feature releases, and ensure uptime, SLA compliance, and end-user experience quality.
Communicate project status, dependencies, risks, timelines, and delivery plans with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

Strong experience managing web platforms, portals, or enterprise applications.
Hands-on understanding of frontend/backend structures, web frameworks, and application workflows.
Experience with debugging tools, browser dev tools, and logs for issue resolution.
Solid understanding of SQL for data validation, audits, and troubleshooting user issues.
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to translate technical discussions into business impact.

Nice To Have

Experience in HealthTech or Insurance platforms.
