Job Description We are looking for a Senior SEO & PPC Officer who will lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies focused on SEO, PPC, and social media advertising to drive high-quality organic and paid traffic, enhance customer acquisition, and optimize user experience. This role will leverage tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEMrush to optimize website and social media performance and deliver measurable business outcomes through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your Day-To-Day Develop and execute SEO strategies for MariApps Group Companies to improve organic search rankings, drive relevant traffic, and enhance website performance. Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media ad campaigns to maximize ROI within allocated budgets. Analyze customer journey touchpoints to identify gaps and recommend strategic improvements for acquisition and retention. Build and implement integrated digital marketing strategies, including retargeting, to enhance engagement, leads, and conversions. Design automated marketing journeys using lead scoring, nurturing frameworks, and email automation. Oversee campaign tracking, measurement, and reporting with a clear analytical framework, utilizing reporting tools for competitive analysis and performance insights. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Graphics, Project Managers) to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis to optimize digital channels. (knowledge of tools like Semrush, Yoast SEO etc.) Monitor and manage budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business goals. Stay updated on industry trends, SEO algorithms, and PPC best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Who You Are Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field from an accredited university, or equivalent demonstrated experience. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns. A general understanding of the shipping industry is preferred but not mandatory. Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Ads, Keyword Planner, and web analytics platforms. Strong proficiency in managing paid social media campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and optimizing ad spend. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and building lead scoring/nurturing frameworks. Exceptional analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Proven ability to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders, including senior management. Strong collaboration and negotiation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Flexible, self-motivated, and decisive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously. Credibility in partnering with teams to deliver client-focused solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
