Senior Salesforce CPQ Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce CPQ expert to design, implement, and manage Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) solutions within Salesforce. The role will focus on enabling efficient quoting, pricing, and order management processes while ensuring smooth integration with CRM and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce CPQ configuration, understanding of business processes, and cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to quoting, pricing, discounting, approvals, and renewals.
• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions, including:

                         i-Product & bundle configuration

                         ii-Pricing rules, discounting, and approvals

                        iii-Quote templates and document generation

                        iv-Contract lifecycle management

• Work with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize the CPQ process.
• Develop workflows, validation rules, and approval processes within Salesforce CPQ.
• Support integrations between Salesforce CPQ, ERP, and billing systems.
• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve CPQ-related issues.
• Create training materials and provide end-user support.
• Collaborate with developers for custom coding (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) if needed.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM; 3+ years specifically in Salesforce CPQ.
• Hands-on expertise with CPQ features: product configuration, pricing, quoting, contract management, and renewals.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration (objects, workflows, reports, dashboards).
• Experience with CPQ integrations to ERP/Finance/Billing systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications.
• Knowledge of DocuSign, Conga, or other document generation tools.
• Experience in SaaS/Subscription-based business models.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
