Experience: 2-7 years Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business goals. Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Drive revenue growth and optimize sales operations for profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business development avenues. Analyze sales performance, forecast results, and report insights to leadership. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred. Experience: 2+ years in sales leadership with proven success. Leadership: Ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Strategic Thinking: Expertise in sales strategy and growth execution. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in sales data analysis and forecasting.
