BBC Builders & Developers, a reputed and RERA-approved construction company, is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in property sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve targets through effective client handling and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and generate sales for residential apartment projects. Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. Coordinate with management and marketing teams for lead follow-up. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily/weekly reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or related field. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of local real estate market trends. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
