Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Officers. Identify, appoint and develop EV dealerships and channel partners across both zones. Monitor and achieve zonal sales targets, profitability, and market share objectives. Create strategic sales plans, promotional schemes, and dealer incentive programs to enhance performance. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to formulate proactive strategies. Coordinate closely with marketing, service, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support. Develop B2B and institutional sales opportunities in the region. Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecast planning for the management. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, reporting norms, and field discipline. Candidate Requirements : Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the Automobile industry; EV experience is strongly preferred. Proven track record in team management and achieving sales targets. Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in stock monitoring and daily accounting operations within a factory environment . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, supporting supply chain operations, and assisting in day-to-day factory accounts. The role requires strong coordination with various departments and regular reporting to the Accounts Manager. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain daily stock records and material movement. Maintain inventory control and prepare stock reconciliation reports. Handle day-to-day accounts and factory-related financial entries. Assist in vendor bill processing, purchase entries, and GRN verification. Support the Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations from an accounting perspective. Coordinate with stores, production, and procurement teams for data accuracy. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the Accounts Manager. Ensure documentation compliance and timely data entry in ERP/accounting software. Assist in internal and external audit processes. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com) or related field. 1–2 years of experience in factory accounts or stock accounting preferred. Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally, Busy, etc.). Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
