Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in Automobile Sector (EV sector preferred).

Candidate from West Bengal will be added advantage

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving sales and business growth of Electric Vehicles in the assigned zones (North & South Bengal).
• Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Officers.
• Identify, appoint and develop EV dealerships and channel partners across both zones.
• Monitor and achieve zonal sales targets, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Create strategic sales plans, promotional schemes, and dealer incentive programs to enhance performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to formulate proactive strategies.
• Coordinate closely with marketing, service, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
• Develop B2B and institutional sales opportunities in the region.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecast planning for the management.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, reporting norms, and field discipline.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the Automobile industry; EV experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in team management and achieving sales targets.
• Young, energetic, dynamic, and result-oriented individual.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
• Knowledge of regional market dynamics, dealer network, and EV trends will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
