Senior Sales Officer

BBC Builders & Developers, a reputed and RERA-approved construction company, is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in property sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve targets through effective client handling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and generate sales for residential apartment projects.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with management and marketing teams for lead follow-up.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of local real estate market trends.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
