Senior Sales Officer

As an Automotive Sales Executive at our company, your role will involve assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs, guiding them through the buying process, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout. Here is what you will be responsible for: - Greeting and engaging customers, assessing their requirements, and assisting them in selecting the right vehicle. - Presenting and demonstrating both new and used vehicles, explaining their features, specifications, and financing options. - Keeping up-to-date knowledge of our current inventory, including availability, features, and pricing. - Preparing accurate and complete sales documentation such as quotes, finance applications, and contracts. - Following up with leads, prospects, and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business. - Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management. - Coordinating test drives, inspections, and vehicle deliveries. - Ensuring the showroom and vehicle displays are clean, organized, and professional. - Staying informed about current promotions, market trends, and competitor offerings.
