Senior Sales Manager

You will play a crucial role in driving business growth, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to achieve business targets.
Drive new business development by identifying and capitalising on market opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and client acquisition.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance productivity and skill sets.
Monitor team performance through regular reviews and provide actionable feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidates' Profiles:

Experience: 2 to 8 Years in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development in any domain
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
