Role Description

Senior Manager - Marketing & Sales for a renowned group of Solar EVA company at Ahmedabad. This position will lead for Business Development, Marketing, Sales and develop-implement business growth strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving organisational targets.· Business acumen for Sales and Marketing for Domestic & International Markets· Experience in the solar energy industry added advantage· Excellent communication and negotiation skills· Ability to build and maintain client relationships· Knowledge of renewable energy solutions· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities· Conduct market analysis to understand competitor positioning, pricing, and emerging industry trends.· Negotiate large-volume contracts and long-term supply agreements.·Represent the company at solar industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and global networking events.

Requirements

:· Qualification - BE (Mechanical/Plastic/Electrical) + MBA(added advantage).· 8–13 years of extensive business development and sales experience in the industry, specially in (EVA sheets, backsheet, glass, solar films, adhesives, or module manufacturing components, EPC & large distributors)· Frequent travelling across India and abroad for business development
