Job Description

1. Guest Reception and Assistance: Greet guests warmly, manage reservations and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive experience.

2. Reservation Management: Efficiently handle reservation systems, manage table allocation, and coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff for smooth service flow.

3. Customer Communication: Maintain clear and friendly communication with guests, handle complaints or special requests professionally, and provide information about menu items and promotions.

4. Administrative Support: Answering phone calls, taking messages, organizing reservations, and managing guest feedback.

5. Cash Handling and Billing: Process payments accurately, manage cash transactions, issue receipts, and coordinate with the accounting department for reconciliation.

6. Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times, reflecting the restaurants standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
