Job Description

We are looking for a pleasant, organized, and professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Greet walk-in clients professionally and assist with initial enquiries
Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
Schedule appointments for counsellors and consultants
Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
Coordinate with counselling and documentation teams
Handle basic administrative tasks and data entry
Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of the reception area
Follow up with leads as directed by the team

Candidate Requirements

Female Graduate (any discipline preferred)
1–3 years of experience in front desk / receptionist role
Experience in education or immigration consultancy preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
Good computer skills (MS Office, email, basic CRM)
Well-groomed, confident, and polite personality
Ability to multitask and handle clients calmly
