Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and student-focused Counsellor to join our Chandigarh office. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students and clients on study-abroad options, immigration pathways, documentation, and admissions processes—ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in and online leads, understanding their academic background and career goals
• Provide accurate counselling for study destinations such as Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand, and Europe
• Explain course options, universities, entry requirements, fees, and timelines
• Guide clients through admission, documentation, visa processes, and application submission
• Maintain follow-up with clients to ensure smooth progression from enquiry to enrolment
• Track leads in CRM, prepare reports, and meet monthly targets
• Stay updated on the latest immigration and education policies
• Represent AUSCAN at seminars, events, and school/college outreach programs
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with AUSCAN’s high ethical standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); Master’s preferred
• Minimum 1–3 years of counselling experience in education or immigration industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle client queries professionally and confidently
• Familiarity with application portals, university systems, and visa processes is an advantage
• Target-oriented mindset with good organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
