Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Student Counselor / Telecaller who has strong knowledge of study abroad and immigration processes. The ideal candidate should be able to guide students, handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and assist clients throughout the admission or visa process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound calls related to study abroad and immigration queries.
Counsel students and parents regarding country options, courses, admission requirements, and available programs.
Provide accurate information about visa processes, documentation, and eligibility.
Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Assist students with application forms, documentation, and submission processes.
Maintain student records, follow CRM updates, and manage daily reporting.
Coordinate with universities, colleges, and internal departments when required.
Attend training sessions to stay updated with immigration and education policies.
Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in study visa, immigration, or education counseling preferred.
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi).
Good understanding of countries like Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Europe (optional but preferred).
Ability to explain complex processes in simple terms.
Comfortable handling calls and achieving monthly targets.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM handling).
Positive attitude, patience, and strong customer service mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,787.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
