Job Overview

Archana Flower is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our in-house and on-field sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Manage both in-house and field sales teams to ensure productivity and performance.

• Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with corporate and retail clients.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

• Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to senior management.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

• Train, motivate, and support sales team members to achieve individual and team goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in FMCG, floral, or retail industries.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

• Good understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
