Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Delhi-Haridwar. The Manager will oversee daily sales and marketing operations, lead the sales team, set and review sales targets, and evaluate market trends to develop strategies to maximise revenue and customer engagement. The role also includes managing customer relationships, addressing client inquiries, and improving overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, mentoring and guiding team members to ensure performance excellence will be a key responsibility.


Qualifications

  • 2-5 Years of experience in Real Estate Sales and the ability to set and achieve sales targets.
  • Skills in General Management and Team Management for effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and a strong focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Experience in infrastructure development is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting business objectives and an ability to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
